We’re thrilled to share our home with you! To ensure a relaxing experience for everyone—including our neighbors and the broader Brasada Ranch community—please review the following house rules: 1. No smoking of any kind inside the home, including vapes and marijuana. 2. No pets, sorry— but we love them too! 3. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Quiet, respectful enjoyment only. 4. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Sound carries here, and we love our peaceful high desert nights. 5. Maximum of 8 guests total—only registered guests are allowed on the property. 6. Please respect our neighbors and the resort community by keeping noise to a minimum and following all posted Brasada Ranch guidelines. 7. No rearranging furniture or tampering with electronics, routers, or smart devices. 8. Clean up spills and messes promptly, and please use coasters on all surfaces. 9. Trash and recycling go in the marked bins next to the garage—please separate accordingly. 10. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper—Brasada uses a sensitive septic system. 11. Check-in is at 1:00 p.m., check-out is by 11:00 a.m.—we appreciate your timeliness. 12. Please remove shoes indoors if conditions are dusty or wet—let’s keep the space fresh for everyone. 13. Secure all doors and windows when leaving the house or checking out. 14. Please be sure to park in the garage of the main house (2 spaces). We often have renters in the rear guest house, and need to leave the driveway open for access to both homes. 15. No mail or package deliveries unless previously arranged. 16. Have fun, unwind, and enjoy your stay—just treat the home and community with the same care you’d want in return.

A beautiful gated resort community just outside of Bend, Oregon. Close to Sunriver, Prineville, Sisters and Redmond and Redmond Airport (RDM).

Guest Access

The property has a guest house that is often occupied as well. There's a good deal of separation and privacy, although the driveway is shared and must be available for guests of both homes. Access to the main garage is included in your stay, and required to allow access for both homes. The hot tub and yard are strictly for use by the primary home you'd be renting, and both homes share a view of the yard. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed for your stay, 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway. The home is inside of a gated resort community, all needed access info will be shared just before arrival!

James was a great host with clear instructions and communication. The house we stayed at was a very clean when we arrived and had everything that we could ever ask for, the theater room was the cherry on top for our kiddos! Looking at staying again at this home in the future.

You'll have access to a two car garage, a nice perk to park out of the Central Oregon heat/cold. You'll want a car for side adventures awaye from Brasada Ranch.
